We have been contacted with client, willing to enhance his private wellness with some unique lighting. So we decided to use fiber optics in the floor to create pathway to connect all important wellness parts : entrance, sauna, relax room, and sauna. All places are now connected with unique white lighting pathway creating incredible effect "walking on stars". Effect is interesting, unique and very pleasant, yet safe to touch even with bare foot in wet interior, as fiber optics do not contain any electricity, only the light itself. All fiber optics in between the mosaic were laid in the adhesive, and continuously laid together with mosaics. All main work was done within 4hours, then we installed fibre optics in optical port, powered by our unique low profile fibre optic LEDengine, so we could see it and apply grout in the mosiac gaps, waited few hours to let it dry, so we could trim its ends flush with surface. All floor was done within 1day.
For longer term stay in whirlpool, a colourfull complementary fiber optic starry sky with sparkling effects were installed in the panels above it, providing a eye-catchy place while relaxing in the whirlpool.
